Our Graduate Development program is a robust program pathway designed by Speech Pathologists to support our future speechies.
The foundation of this program has been enhanced via the pathways of our previous graduates to deliver a truly valued onboarding program combining core professional development with a comprehensive supervision schedule and a methodology of collaboration for personal success.
The program provides graduates and early career Speech Pathologists with a dedicated program mentor, regular supervision with senior Speech Pathologists on the team and access to a Scheduling Specialist to create their dream diary.
Our comprehensive Spotlight Professional Development program also continues to support our Speech Pathologists as they grow their career by providing clinical education updates each term.
