PARENT TRAINING
As parents ourselves, we understand the desire to know as much about your child’s development as possible.
At Communicate we have devised a number of training programs to assist parents in furthering their knowledge about speech and language development and useful strategies for promoting communication.

TEACHER TRAINING
Communicate Speech Pathology has a strong commitment to partnering with teachers to ensure that clients are well supported in their educational setting and that therapy goals are generalised to the classroom environment.
Educating teachers about the importance of communication development and equipping them with the skills necessary to identify and manage speech and language difficulties in the classroom is vital to the child’s ongoing success.
Communicate offers a range of professional development courses for teachers covering various topics. We have had the opportunity to train over 250 teaching staff from day care centres, pre-schools and schools across Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra and Melbourne. Together we have achieved a better outcome for hundreds of children.
